MB Treasures provides youth with a safe, welcoming, and accessible place to connect with essential resources, compassionate support, referrals, advocacy, and opportunities that help them overcome barriers and move toward lifelong success.
Every young person deserves a place where they can feel heard, respected, supported, and safe enough to let their guard down.
MB Treasures creates welcoming, accessible spaces where youth can express what they’re experiencing without fear of judgment or dismissal. Through compassionate support, advocacy, mentorship, referrals, and community connections, we meet young people where they are and help connect them with the resources they need to move forward.

When a need extends beyond what MB Treasures provides directly, our goal is to help connect young people with trusted professionals and community resources that can support their next step.

MB Treasures grew from Simone Boyd's deeply personal experience with the impact violence can have on young people, families, and communities. After losing her niece to gun violence in 2013, Simone eventually turned years of grief into a commitment to create something meaningful for youth—a place to go, people to turn to, and greater access to the support and opportunities that can make a difference. Today, that commitment continues through outreach, mentorship, advocacy, resources, and community connection.

Supporting young people takes a community. MB Treasures works to build connections with mentors, educators, service providers, faith leaders, local businesses, parents and caregivers, community organizations, and other professionals who share a commitment to helping youth thrive. Through those relationships, MB Treasures can help young people navigate resources, connect with appropriate services, and find support beyond what any one organization can provide.
Whether you’re a young person looking for support, a parent or caregiver searching for resources, a professional making a referral, or a community organization interested in partnering with us, we’re here to start the conversation.
